The fruit for this wine was sourced from a selection of vineyards across Marlborough's fertile Wairau Valley area, including the iconic Dillons Point sub-region.

Viticulture
Each vineyard's yield was carefully managed and fruit monitored throughout the growing season by Heather and the team. The grapes were harvested upon reaching the desired flavour spectrum and maturity.
Vinification
2023 was a fantastic vintage, with surperb quality of fruit and intense flavours. The grapes were machine harvested and transported promptly to the winery to be lightly pressed. The juice was lightly settled, then cool fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks, in order to retain the vibrant, fresh flavours and intense aromatics. Heather carefully selected her preferred blend prior to final bottling.
