Grown entirely on Estate Vineyards in the Southern Valleys sub-region of Marlborough. Older soils derived from glacial outwash with a high clay content.

Viticulture
Vines are spur pruned on a single cordon. Conventionally farmed under Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand programme.
Vinification
Cold soak pre ferment for 5-7 days. Fermented at 28-30 degress celcius and pressed off within a week of completing fermentation. MLF in barrel. Aged in French oak barriques, 20% of which were new.
