Description
This Chardonnay shows aromas of white peach, lemon curd and soft walnut aromas on the nose. The palate fills with golden stone fruit and a touch of green tea, guided by a persistent line of acidity. A complex yet elegant mid-palate extends to a lengthy finish.

Vinification
The grapes were hand harvested, sorted and whole bunch pressed. The juice was settled for 24 hours and transferred into seasoned 225 L oak barrels where it went thru an indigenous fermentation. The wine was matured on full ferment lees and underwent malolactic fermentation in spring.
