Viticulture

Vintage 2021 was of exceptional quality and the resulting wines will be celebrated and reflected on for many years to come. With a lower yield due to a combination of frosts and cooler weather during flowering, the grapes ripened quickly resulting in a compact and quick harvest.

Vinification

The juice was cold soaked prior to temperature controlled fermentation, in a mixture of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. With minimal intervention and fining, this wine was matured on oak for 8 months prior to filtering and bottling.
