Viticulture

Despite the challenges of the 2023 growing season in Hawke’s Bay, the fruit we harvested was of great quality, through the hard work of our talented vineyard and winery teams.

Vinification

The juice underwent a long, cool fermentation with a variety of yeasts to build and enhance the aromatic complexity. Following fermentation, the wine was blended, stabilised and filtered prior to early bottling to capture the freshness and fruit purity.
