Aroma: Fresh and zesty, this fruit-driven wine will excite the senses with aromas of kiwifruit, kaffir lime, crunchy apple and lemon zest.

Palate: A juicy and lively palate with excellent fruit purity and a balanced herbaceousness, with a long-lasting and refreshingly dry finish.

Vineyard

The growing season in Marlborough for Vintage 2023 was extremely good. Both rainfall and heat accumulation were at or close to long term averages which resulted in wines with great flavour and fruit purity. Harvest progressed smoothly without weather interruptions after a slow and long ripening season.

Grapes were harvested in the early morning from vineyards in the Wairau and Awatere Valleys.

Lightly pressed, the juice was fermented cool with selected yeasts to preserve the aromatic fruit characters.
