Viticulture
Close planted vineyard at 4500 vines per hectare. Planted on a north facing hill slope. Vineyard is managed in accordance with SWNZ sustainable practices. Vine yield is manipulated to ensure optimal quality and ripeness.
Vinification
15% whole bunch to increase aromatic intensity and freshness. Wild fermentation, 24 days on skins.
