Description
Bright tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and guava. Hints of lemongrass, lime zest and pineapple. The palate is concentrated and fruit driven with finely balanced acidity giving the wine length and a lingering finish.

Moderate temperatures through February and March ensured even ripening and produced fruit of high quality, showcasing tropical fruit and balanced acidity.
Vinification
Machine harvested fruit was transported to the winery and pressed to stainless steel tanks. Individual parcells were fermented separately with selected yeast strains to enhance tropical fruit aromas. Post fermentation the wine was racked onto light lees and aged for 4 months to increase texture and mouthfeel.
